Description of goods
UK Music Supplies have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of the colour, texture or detail of the goods will be exactly the same as the actual product.

We try to ensure that prices are up to date and accurate but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

Guarantees, Cancellation & Returns Policy<
You can purchase from UK Music Supplies with complete confidence and peace of mind.

You are entitled to cancel your order you have placed. You may exercise your right up to 24 hours, starting from the day after the goods were received. If you cancel an order after the goods have been delivered you must send them back at your own cost or you will be charged the actual cost of collecting them. Return the goods, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you, and there is visible damage to your package, you must sign the delivery note as damaged goods with a brief explanation of the damage discovered. Please inform UK Music Supplies customer service team within 24 hours of receipt and we will quickly replace the item for you free of charge. If you fail to inform us within 24 hours, the return cost will be at your own expense. Outside Mainland UK customer are requested to purchase a hard case to guarantee a safe delivery if customers reject this request damage items will be down to the customers and returns will be at the cost of the customer.

Delivery of Goods
The vast majority of orders within mainland UK are delivered on a next day service free of charge. Delivery can be expected within 4 working days within the UK mainland.This is with the exception of accessories, which may take longer, subject to Royal Mail. UK Music Supplies will send you an email (or SMS text if you prefer) to confirm when an order leaves our warehouse. If for any reason your order is not dispatched we will send you an email or SMS text with a revised delivery date.

Here at UK Music Supplies we use UK Mail couriers. UK Mail will text, email or call you to let you know an estimated delivery time We use a next day delivery service but depending on timing this can take up to 4 days. The FREE DELIVERY next day delivery is for England, Wales & Post codes starting DD,DG,EH,FK,G,KA (except KA27&28),KY,ML,TD,AB1 to AB16,AB21 to AB25,AB30,AB39,PA1 to PA19,PH1 to PH3. All others please ask before bidding.

Please note, delivery to certain UK postcodes, (generally remote areas, offshore destinations and Northern Ireland) need to be quoted by e-mail or by contacting the UK Music Supplies customer service team. If you purchase from the UK Music Supplies website and live in a remote postcode area or Northern Ireland, UK Music Supplies reserve the right to contact the buyer with details of shipping and delivery costs/details.

Additional delivery costs and times must be quoted for countries outside the UK mainland including Northern Ireland, Eire, Europe and other International destinations.

UK Music Supplies will not deliver to any alternative address because of fraud. Only to the same address as any debit or credit card you intend to use. We may reject orders when according to our security checks, the address you have provided does not match the card holders.

All goods are covered by a manufacturers warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. The manufacturers warranty is provided in addition to your consumer rights and do not affect your statutory rights.All UK Music Supplies goods are supplied with a minimum of 1 year’s warranty. If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period please return for inspection, UK Music Supplies will quickly repair or replace the item for you if we can’t repair or replace the same model we will only replace to closest model in stock even in a different colour and not refund.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
